Founder
The all-serious, get-down-to-business half of TWO. Lover of all things Apple & 90's R&B. Megan started in orthodontics as a document scanner for an office looking to go paperless in 2006.
While earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the California State University of Stanislaus, Megan has held titles as scheduling coordinator, financial coordinator, marketing coordinator, and part-time treatment coordinator. As of January 2019, she's also served as the social media manager for the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics.

The wild, go-with-the-flow half of TWO. A Heavy Metal, Beanie-Rockin’, Keto Queen. B is the real OLDER sister. #sorrynotsorry. In all seriousness, B started in orthodontics in 2005 as a part-time gig while juggling her other jobs at Hot Dog on a Stick and Sonic. Ha!
Over the last 20 years, she has held down titles as scheduling coordinator, marketing coordinator, orthodontic assistant, lab technician, treatment coordinator, and office manager. B is also a clinical instructor for an Orthodontic Assistant Program in California.

Part-time overthinker, full-time “that one awkward guy you know.” When he’s not jamming out to music or snapping random city shots, he’s navigating life like it’s a Indie movie with too many plot twists.
Franko stumbled into the orthodontic world back in 2018 with, well, ZERO knowledge. But fast-forward a few years, thanks to the guidance of B+Meg, he’s become a jack-of-all-trades in the ortho world—whether it’s clinical work, front office tasks, and orthodontic marketing. If there’s a new challenge, Franko’s ready for it!
