As the founder of TWO, she is committed to delivering actionable solutions through innovative courses like "Confused 2 Confident" and "Master the Money."
Beyond her work with TWO, Megan is a sought-after speaker and presenter, having shared her insights at industry events such as the Ortho2 Users Group Meeting and on podcasts like Orthopreneurs and Jill Allen & Associates. She’s dedicated to helping orthodontic teams streamline their workflow, boost efficiency, and enhance financial operations. Outside of work, Megan is a huge fan of 90’s R&B and all things Apple, truly a one-of-a-kind leader turning orthodontic teams into confident, empowered professionals.

B is the backbone of TWO, a true leader with a hands-on approach that keeps things running smoothly. The "older" sister (yes, she's the oldest one, and she’ll proudly remind you of it), B has spent over 20 years working in nearly every position in orthodontics. From orthodontic assistant and lab tech to treatment coordinator, scheduling coordinator, office manager, and even marketing coordinator, B’s experience is as diverse as her music playlist (which, by the way, is filled with a lot of heavy metal!).
As a clinical instructor for an Orthodontic Assistant Program in California, B’s love for teaching and mentoring shines through in everything she does. But her role doesn’t stop there, she’s the driving force behind courses like "DA2OA - Dental Assistant to Ortho Assistant," helping practices build strong, capable teams. B’s leadership style combines deep clinical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience, making her an indispensable resource for orthodontic practices looking to level up. Whether she’s leading workshops, guiding teams through real-life challenges, or offering tailored coaching, B is passionate about equipping orthodontic teams with the tools they need to thrive. She is dedicated to creating empowered teams that can handle any challenge, making her not just a manager, but a mentor, coach, and friend to those in the orthodontic world.

Say wassup to Franko! Joining the orthodontic world in 2018 with absolutely zero knowledge, Franko quickly became a jack-of-all-trades, thanks to the invaluable guidance and mentorship of B+Meg. What started as a leap of faith soon turned into a journey marked by growth and versatility.
