Meet Alana, our lead billing specialist! With over 23 years of experience in the orthodontic community, Alana's journey began in 2001 as a financial coordinator. She quickly discovered her passion for numbers, money, and the intricacies of insurance collections.
Throughout her career, Alana has worn many hats, including treatment coordinator, scheduling coordinator, office manager, and marketing coordinator, often juggling multiple roles simultaneously.
For the past three years, Alana has thrived in her role at The Wyrick Outlook, bringing her extensive experience with practice management systems like:

Meet Laura, our awesome billing specialist with a wealth of experience spanning 26 years in orthodontics. She has been at the heart of ortho chairside for over 20 years, having juggled roles as a billing and scheduling coordinator for more than five years, mastered finances as a financial coordinator for another five years, and led as an office manager for eight years.
Over her dynamic career, Laura has amassed over 25 years of billing expertise, including knowledge in the following practice management systems:

Julie
Billing specialist
Julie has been with TWO since day one, literally. She brings over two decades of experience to the table, having started in orthodontics as a scheduling coordinator back in 2002.
Within a year, Julie was promoted to office manager and went on to wear all the hats: treatment coordinator, insurance coordinator, financial coordinator… you name it! In 2014, she branched out to run her own successful bookkeeping and payroll service (because, of course, she did!).
Julie’s deep knowledge of orthodontic operations, numbers, and systems makes her one of our most trusted go-to pros for billing support and business strategy! She’s one of our OGs and reps #TeamC9 all the way!
Mia
Billing specialist
Mia is our clinical powerhouse turned billing superstar! With over 10 years of hands-on dental experience and a strong orthodontic background since 2013, she brings both heart and hustle to the TWO team.
Before joining us as a billing specialist, Mia spent most of her time chairside, which gives her a unique perspective when it comes to understanding patient care and how it connects to the numbers.
When she's not navigating ledgers, Mia's wrangling her two amazing daughters, or sharing stories of her childhood riding horses in the Mexican rodeo (yes, seriously, she's kind of a legend).

Meet Jenn! Jenn brings over 9 years of orthodontic experience to the TWO crew, and it shows! With a background that spans both clinical and administrative roles, including orthodontic assistant, treatment coordinator, and financial coordinator, Jenn understands the inner workings of how a practice operates. She’s spent the last five years diving deep into billing, where her attention to detail and love for clean ledgers really shine.
Whether she’s working in Dolphin or TOPS, Jenn brings a calm, capable presence and thrives on blending patient care with operational excellence. Around here, she’s a dash of billing brilliance! She’s our go-to when it comes to repping #TeamDolphin!

From managing front desk operations to jumping into billing, Shannah has worn many hats and handled them all with confidence. She’s known for her attention to detail, upbeat energy, and ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Shannah is #TeamCloud9; she’s well-versed in navigating the day-to-day systems that keep an ortho practice moving. Since joining TWO, Shannah has leaned all the way into billing and continues to grow into her role, always ready to tackle the next challenge head-on.

Verification specialist
Allison is our insurance verification ninja, quietly working behind the scenes to make a big impact. Since joining TWO just over a year ago, she’s soaked up orthodontic knowledge like a sponge and has quickly become a key part of our workflow.
Whether she’s diving into benefit breakdowns or helping make sure patients are set up for success before they even walk through the door, Allison brings focus and kindness to every task. We’re lucky to have her on the front lines of patient care support!
Michelle P.
Verification specialist
Michelle brings nearly 20 years of dental knowledge and good vibes to the team! She started her dental journey after having her daughter in 2008 and quickly realized she had a knack for the dental world (yep, even as a kid, she liked going to the dentist, go figure!).
After earning her RDA license, she worked in general dentistry before making the leap to ortho in 2019, where she handled scheduling like a pro in a busy multi-office practice.
From the old-school days of mounting X-rays to rocking modern platforms, she’s now one of our go-tos for verifications, and she’s proudly #TeamCloud9!
